Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy – Staying Safe Online Workshop Registration All bookings must be made online in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot (limited seats). Cancellations & Refunds Full refund (minus any small booking-platform fee) if you cancel 48 hours or more before the workshop start time. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of the workshop or for no-shows. (This helps us cover room costs and materials when seats can’t be refilled on short notice.) Transferring Your Ticket Can’t make it? You’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member at no extra charge — just email us their name before the class starts. Workshop Cancellation by Us If we have to cancel or reschedule the class (e.g., illness, low enrollment, venue issue), you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available date — whichever you prefer. Late Arrivals Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. For everyone’s comfort, the door will close 10 minutes after the published start time and late arrivals may not be admitted (no refund in this case).
